Let's begin
At this preliminary stage, we discuss with you on your needs, your requirements and your wish list. We look at the lot you have purchased, the developer’s requirements, any caveats and jot down all that you would want in your dream home.
We, then, prepare a formal all-inclusive proposal. Unlike other builders, our proposals include material selection, colour scheme and quantities to avoid any ambiguities for you in future.

Planning and Design
Once the contract is executed, we put our drawing board into action. Delving further, we chalk out overall strategy, prepare design and drawings. We offer you multiple options for elevations and internal layouts.
Once the design and drawings are frozen, we instantly apply for a building permit on your behalf and also assist you in appointing a surveyor.

Construction
This is the field stage for us. We arrange everything such as materials, labour, installation, testing, commissioning, inspections, surveys, approvals and much more. We ensure that your dream home is built to highest quality in accordance of with Australian Building Codes and legislation.

Handover
Now the time has come where we present you your dream home fully commissioned and in pristine condition. We welcome you to your new abode through an interactive walkthrough wherein we even show you operation of all the gadgets.
